guarantees highest hygiene, does not change the taste of water, does not introduce a plastic aftertaste and never breeds algae or bacteria in it. And this is because when preparing coffee, you pour exactly as much water as you want to obtain coffee! So there is never water left in the tank that could get old and cause unpleasant consequences! The water poured is used every time, and the entire brewing system is dried!
Pump
innovative, powerful pump provides working pressure of up to 15 bar and is adapted to work in the dry start system. It provides ideal conditions for coffee extraction at the right time and pressure.
Water heater
is another innovative and extremely effective element of the brewing system. A layer of graphene heating film is applied to the stainless steel coil, which can heat up to a high temperature in a second! PTC sensors transmit readings to the control microprocessor over 100 times per second to ensure the ideal temperature of the water brewing the coffee! The nominal power of 1400W is never used, about 1200W is enough for flow heating of the water. And this is only when the pump is working and the water is flowing! The device is immediately ready for work and draws energy only when it is necessary! No unnecessary warming up, no unnecessary heat emission, no waste of valuable energy!
Brewer
The brewer is a key component that determines the quality of the prepared coffee. And that is why there are no compromises here! The classic 51mm portafilter (like the iconic LaPavoni coffee makers) ensures perfect coffee extraction. Made of stainless steel with precisely made filter holes and a double bottom ensuring the right brewing pressure and tolerance for different types of coffee.
Battery operation - no one has that!
Aya Solo can work without access to the electricity network. Pour hot water into the tank, and thanks to the built-in battery, magic will happen! Perfect coffee even where there is no electricity!
